Short-Term Running Goals:

Mileage increase to 35/week by end of Apr

Mileage increase to 40/week by end of May

Mileage increase to 45/week by end of June

Milease increase to 50/week by end of July

Mileaage increase to 60/week by end of August

5k summer series in Phx - Run sub 20 at one of them.

1/2 marathon in early fall, sub 1:30

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

2010 goal of a 2:55 marathon in a late fall marathon, possibly Tucson.

Run consistently thruout 2010 and not slack off for BS reasons

Personal:

Happily Married with two children who both strive to be faster than me. I'll hold them off as long as I can and make them earn it.

Kinda fast miles early AM, ran harder than I should, need to stop running thru the miles so hard and let them flow. Ya know better but ya still like to hit them. Ying Yang Twins on the Ipod this am, good running tunes.
