2010 goal of a 2:55 marathon in a late fall marathon, possibly Tucson.

Run consistently thruout 2010 and not slack off for BS reasons

Personal:

Happily Married with two children who both strive to be faster than me. I'll hold them off as long as I can and make them earn it.

Thanks for the warm intro guys. Burt, I'm in Gilbert. Where to do you live/run? I usually run with East Valley Runners when running with a group. Used to run with 1st Marathon awhile back. May join up with a competitive coach, not sure yet, will see if the personal motivation pans out.

Jeff - I usually run in my neighborhood here in Queen Creek. My neighbor is Bruce Washko. He wants me to join the East Valley Runners. I told him I would after Ragnar. But now my hammy is hurt, so I might wait a couple of weeks. It will be nice to meet you. How well do you know Bruce? Don't tell him that I blog about him all the time. lol!

Bruce is a great guy. His stache is pretty sweet, too. I call him Bruce RUN2DAY on the blog because that's what his license plate says. Actually I think that's the vehicle his wife usually drives. His license says LONGRUN. Anyway, twice he's scared me into thinking he was a coyote.
